K-drama, K-pop and K-directors have all made their mark outside of Korea. Could a K-chef be far behind?
This year’s Hawaii Food and Wine Festival features Korean chef Lucia Cho Thursday at the Modern Honolulu for the event "Hawaiian Airlines Presents Under the Modern Moon: Morimoto & Friends." Cho, who operates Bicena restaurant in Seoul, serves up gourmet dishes far removed from the kalbi, meat jun and kim chee that local diners associate with that cuisine. The haute menu at Cho’s restaurant changes seasonally.
Cho will serve a braised pork dish at the festival, along with her family’s premium soju, Hwayo.

Today, 6:30 p.m.: Young-chae, Young-soo and Young-joon find out Bok-hee lied about going broke. The kids are outraged, but Bok-hee tells them nothing will change until they grow up. Jang-ho offers Da-jung a divorce settlement of $200,000. Un-ok and Nan-hee take Ji-woo from his school without telling Da-jung.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Soo-jin’s mother cancel’s Hoon-nam’s investment project. Hoon-nam is devastated and Young-chae asks her mom for money to help him. Da-jung’s fight for custody of Ji-woo is an uphill battle. Young-joon and Go-eun get part-time jobs at the same cafe.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Min-jae joins forces with Mrs. Han and asks Tae-joon to hand over the authority to withdraw $1 billion from their joint account. But Tae-joo refuses. Seo-yoon loses ground at home, too, when the group goes into deeper financial trouble.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Seol-hee is released from the prosecutor’s office. Tae-joo tells her to leave his side. Seo-yoon starts to be suspicious of her stepmother and begins to think that Ms. Han might be the actual owner of Sungjin Cement shares.

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Hye-sung tells Do-yeon that Dal-joong is his biological father and asks her to take a DNA test. But Do-yeon doesn’t believe her and refuses. Hye-sung is even more disappointed when Soo-ha takes Do-yeon’s side. Soo-ha and Gwan-woo both receive mysterious letters as they dig deeper into Min Joon-guk’s past.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Hye-sung, Sang-deok and Do-yeon do all they can to help Dal-joong. But there seems to be no way Dal-joong could avoid a guilty verdict. Soo-ha finds out Hye-sung has her heart set on a necklace and decides to buy it for her.

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Ji-sun and Eun-hee are taken into police custody after Ji-hye’s wedding for puncturing Cynthia’s tires. Tae-wook and Ji-hye return to Seoul after enjoying their short honeymoon.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Ji-hye moves into Tae-wook’s parents’ house, but she feels out of place. Ji-hye is also bombarded by interview requests and paparazzi at work. Hyun-woo tries to go on with his life, but he’s still haunted by his feelings for Ji-hye.
