Kalanianaole Highway reopened following motorcycle-SUV crash
Kalanianaole Highway is now open between Halona Blow Hole and Lanai Lookout after a motorcycle-SUV accident, according to Emergency Medical Services.
The male motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was injured Tuesday evening in a collision with a sport-utility vehicle on the highway, near Halona Blow Hole, EMS reported. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
