BYU-Hawaii sweeps in women’s volleyball
Shih Ting Chen had 15 kills and Ying Chun Chen 33 assists to lead sixth-ranked Brigham Young-Hawaii to a 25-20, 25-14, 25-15 sweep of Notre Dame de Namur in a Pacific Conference women’s volleyball match Wednesday in Belmont, Calif.
The Seasiders improved to 9-1 overall and 4-1 in the PacWest. The Argos, who hit .046, fell to 3-10 and 1-4.

» Emily Papale had 16 kills to lead Academy of Art (5-8, 1-4) to a 25-17, 24-26, 25-19, 25-22 victory over Chaminade (4-6, 1-5) in San Francisco. Kim Spring led Chaminade with 15 kills.
