60-year-old man arrested in assault of 68-year-old woman
An argument at a Moanalua Valley residential care home Tuesday ended with a 68-year-old woman treated at the hospital and a 60-year-man facing an assault charge.
Police said the two argued at 5:30 p.m. at a residential care home on the 1500 block of Ala Iolani Place when the man allegedly struck the female victim, who fell. She went to the hospital for treatment of her injuries, but was not admitted.
The suspect fled the care home. Police arrested him when he returned four hours later.
