Man arrested for allegedly threatening woman with pickax in Kunia
A 39-year-old man was arrested Monday after he threatened a woman with a pickax in Kunia, police said.
Police responded to a report of a man chasing a woman with an ax on Kapehu Street about 12:50 p.m. Police said the woman ran to her vehicle and called police after the man threatened her with the garden pick-ax.
Officers detained the man, who appeared intoxicated, and arrested him for investigation of terroristic threatening.
