Witness reports alleged Waikiki vandals, has car spray painted
Two juvenile girls were arrested early this morning for spray painting a Waikiki school and a car.
Police said a witness reported seeing the two girls at the school at 12:15 a.m. The girls allegedly also painted the witness’ car.
Both girls were arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing.
