Eight-year-old arrested for allegedly threatening teacher
Police arrested an 8-year-old special education student Tuesday for allegedly threatening his 22-year-old male teacher.
Police said the boy allegedly verbally threatened his teacher at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at a Kalihi school.
Officers arrested the boy on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
There were no injuries, police said.
The boy was released later that afternoon pending investigation.
