Miami man injured falling from horse on Maui
A 28-year-old Miami man was flown to a Maui hospital today with non-life threatening injuries from falling off a horse in Hana.
Maui firefighters said the incident happened about a mile above the Kipahulu Park Ranger Station at the Maui Stables.
Firefighters arrived at 1:45 p.m. and sent the man by helicopter to the Maui Memorial Medical Center at 2:20 p.m., a Fire Department spokesman said.
