Event marks boutique’s new location

Valerie Joseph invites shoppers to the boutique reopening event 10 a.m. Sunday.

The boutique has moved from the mauka to the makai side of Ala Moana Center, in the former Slipper House location across from the Makai Market entrance.

The celebration starts with refreshments and fashion swag bags for the first 100 customers. One customer will win a $500 shopping spree.

The onset of autumn in Hawaii may not bring a chill in the air or the turning of leaves, but one sure sign of the season is an outbreak of craft fairs.
