Housekeeper arrested for allegedly stealing money from Hawaii Kai home
Honolulu police arrested a 38-year-old housekeeper who allegedly stole a large amount of cash from a Hawaii Kai man.
Police said an 84-year-old man noticed the cash missing from his Hawaii Kai home between Feb. 4 and March 4.
Police identified the housekeeper, a 38-year-old Palolo woman, as a suspect and arrested her at the main police station Monday morning. She was released later in the morning pending further investigation.
