Kapolei’s Devin Jenkins wins 100, but not in record time
Kapolei sprinter Devin Jenkins won the 100-meter dash in 11.05 at the Island Movers/Hawaii High School Athletic Association state track and field championship at Keeau.
Jenkins had recorded a 10.47 earlier this year, but did not come close to Shane Victorino’s mark of 10.8 set in 1999.
