Kauai police are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of Michael Scott Brant, 51, who was last seen March 2 at his workplace, Dollar Rent A Car in Lihue.

Brant has not returned to work or made contact with anyone since March 2, police said.

Brant is 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.  Brant has a medium build and a fair complexion.

Brant is homeless and was living in Lihue, police said. He is known to frequent the area between Wilcox Hospital and Walmart.

Brant drives a 1992 Silver/Blue Chevy four-door sedan, license plate EXU 610. The car is filled with his personal belongings.

Anyone with information about Brant is urged to call police dispatch at 241-1711, the Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696, or Crime Stoppers at 241-1887.
