>> Damien Memorial School will admit female students in grades 6 through 9 this fall. In subsequent years it will admit girls in grades 6 through 10, 6 through 11 and, ultimately, 6 through 12. A story on Page A2 Thursday incorrectly said new female students would be admitted only in ninth grade each subsequent year.
>> Leilehua’s Ian Kaopua was pictured connecting for a double on Page C7 Thursday. A caption accompanying the photo inaccurately identified Kaopua as another player.
>> Entrepreneur and philanthropist Pierre Omidyar attended Punahou School in the eighth and ninth grades. A Page A1 article Thursday said he was a Punahou graduate.
>> The City Council voted 6-2 Tuesday to approve a permit for reconstruction of two Makaha Beach bridges. Council members Tom Berg and Tulsi Gabbard voted no. A Page B3 story Wednesday gave an incorrect vote tally.
