"The River," the ABC horror show that was shot in Hawaii last year, struggled for another week in the ratings, according to Nielsen numbers released Wednesday by the network.
In its seventh episode Tuesday night, "The River" attracted 4.1 million viewers, which put it well behind the 11.2 million viewers who watched the CBS crime drama "NCIS: Los Angeles." Among adults age 18-49, the key target audience for advertisers, "The River" drew 1.3 percent of the total viewing audience and 4 percent of those watching TV at the time.
The series will finish its season next week with an episode titled "Row, Row, Row Your Boat." The plot? The crew finds itself in complete chaos.
"The River" airs at 8 p.m. Tuesday on KITV.
