Pair of Seasiders are PacWest’s best

BYU-Hawaii’s Lauren Hagemeyer garnered the Pacific West’s Conference player of the week honor after leading the Seasiders to three victories last week. Hagemeyer, a junior outside hitter from Ridgway, Col., recorded 50 kills and 10 blocks in wins over Dixie State and Grand Canyon.

Megan McCain was named the player of the week in women’s soccer after earning back-to-back shutouts last week. McCain, a sophomore goalkeeper from Northglenn, Col., recorded eight saves in a 3-0 win over Hawaii Pacific and five saves in a scoreless draw vs. Grand Canyon.
