» Firefighters’ Night Out: View the latest in men’s fashion at this fashion show featuring the men of the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association strutting down the catwalk in styles by Reyn’s, Town & Country Surf, Tori Richard, Banana Republic, Blue Hawaii Surf, and more. In support of the firefighters, Ala Moana Center will be donating $5,000 to the Hono lulu Firefighters Foundation. At 7 p.m., Centerstage.

» Fall trend shows: Hourly shows from noon to 8 p.m. will highlight the trends of the fall season as interpreted by Ala Moana merchants, including American Apparel, Anteprima Wirebag, Bebe, Betsey Johnson, Q-Pot, Spiral Girl, the new Hope for Japan kiosk, and more. On Centerstage.

» Sept. 11th Remembrance Ceremony: Performances by Pacific Fleet Band, Kings Guard, and Halau Na Mamo O Ka‘ala, 11 a.m., Centerstage.

» “Hope for Japan” runway show: Celebrate Hawaii’s connection to Japan through fashion. Preview T-shirts created by local graphic designers for the new “Hope for Japan” kiosk opening on Level Two, between Chanel and Louis Vuitton. A portion of the proceeds from T-shirt sales will go toward the center’s “Hope for Japan” initiative supporting the Japan relief effort.

Also featured will be creations by designer Ryoto Shiga, who resides in Fukushima prefecture, one of the many areas in Japan devastated by the March earthquake and tsunami. At 2 p.m., Centerstage.
