Reeve Koehler of Saint Louis School has been named the top college football prospect in the nation at offensive guard for 2013 by Rivals.com.
Koehler, a 6-foot-3, 280 pounder, was listed at No. 67 among the Rivals.com Top 100 players overall in the country for 2013 announced today.
“The thing I like most about Koehler is he dominates on every snap and really makes it known by his play that he’s not going to give an inch to anybody,” wrote Adam Gorney, West Coast analyst for the recruiting service, on the Rivals.com website. “Koehler has great size, most of his film is at offensive guard, but he can move well enough to play tackle as well.
“Really, the best thing about him is he doesn’t just like moving people out of the way. Koehler gets his hands on people and moves them where he wants,” the website said.
Hawaii, Washington and Utah are listed as among the schools already recruiting Koehler.
