Protesters plead not guilty to staying past park’s closing
Six members of Occupy Honolulu pleaded not guilty today to a charge of staying in Thomas Square beyond the park’s closing.
A motion made by defense attorney Eric Kvam to have the cases dismissed is being continued until March 9 trial.
Scheduled for trial in the case are Jamie Baldwin, 23; Megan Brooker, 26; Lucas Miller, 29; Randal Perez, 28; Luke Satsuma, 19; and Nickolas Wooden, 23.
The six were arrested Nov. 5.
