The public’s help is being sought locating Jason K.J. Lee, who was last seen about 8:10 a.m. today on Ala Moana Boulevard near the entrance to Waikiki.

Lee, 41, is believed to be emotionally distraught, the Honolulu Police Department said.

He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and may be wearing a white T-shirt and khaki pants.
