Hawaii County police are searching for a missing 24-year-old Hilo man missing since this afternoon.

Police said Jordan Kaneshiro has a medical condition that requires medication.

Kaneshiro is described as Japanese-Hawaiian, 6 feet tall, 320 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes and a tan complexion.

He may be driving an older model white Toyota two-door sedan.
