Police searching for woman who escaped from state hospital
Police are looking for a 25-year-old patient at the Hawaii State Hospital who escaped from the Kaneohe facility at dinner time Monday.
Police said the woman was last seen walking to the cafeteria around 5:45 p.m. She faces a second-degree escape charge.
No information was released on why the woman was committed to the hospital.
