» The sailing canoe Hokule‘a set sail for Tahiti in 1976, not 1975, as reported on Page B1 Sunday. Also, the voyagers who congregated at Kualoa Regional Park Saturday included some from Papua New Guinea. The article did not mention that country.
» Lanikai Elementary School has a union staff, as do all Hawaii public schools. A B1 article Saturday said Lanikai has a nonunion staff.
» Anthony Weingartner is the third-grader at Kipapa Elementary School who created "The Art of the Messiest," which was selected to be part of the 2011 All Kids Can CREATE exhibit. His last name was misspelled in a Page D5 article Saturday.
