Waianae man arrested for allegedly damaging police car rear window
Police cited a 21-year-old Waianae man with tresspassing and criminal property damage Monday after he allegedly damaged the rear window of a police car after his arrest for entering a Waianae home without permission.
Police arrested the man on Moua Street early Sunday morning for allegedly entering a 65-year-old man’s home without permission and put him in the back of a blue and white police car.
Police said the man began kicking at the rear window of the car, damaging the frame and was arrested for criminal property damage at about 3:10 a.m.
Bail was set at $3,000.
