‘Five-0’ renewed
The hit cop drama “Hawaii Five-0” will return for a second season this fall at its same time and day, CBS announced yesterday. The news was no surprise. “Five-0” was one of the top new dramas of the past season, frequently winning its hour. It airs at 9 p.m. Mondays on KGMB.
Peter Lenkov, the show’s executive producer, said fans can expect new mysteries, more character development and maybe even forays to the neighbor islands. He already has scouted locations on Lanai. Production crews should be back in June with shooting to begin in July, Lenkov said.
