Flood advisory issued for Oahu
The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Oahu until 3:30 p.m.
Radar showed heavy rain moving northwest at 5 mph over Oahu, the weather service advisory issued at 12:37 p.m. said.
The showers, some heavy, will affect Oahu’s South Shore, Waianae Coast, North Shore, Koolau Mountains, Olomana, Central Oahu and the Waianae Mountains.
The locations inlcude but are not limited to Waikele, Waipahu, Ewa, Kunia, Kapolei, Mililani Town, Barbers Point, Makakilo, Wahiawa, Whitmore Village and Schofield.
