Man wanted in Texas for sex assault is arrested in Honolulu
A man wanted in Texas for sexually assaulting a child has been apprehended in Honolulu.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Celso Rodriguez-Huerta was found at a residence on Kewalo Street this morning. Rodriguez-Huerta is wanted on a Texas warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14.
