Kudos to the Korean Language Flagship Center at the University of Hawaii for partnering with my alma mater Roosevelt High School to provide a Korean-language class. The Korean class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 to 5 p.m. for 18 weeks. This program is funded by the National Resource Center-East Asia and is the first credit-bearing Korean curriculum in Hawaii. Students will gain 0.5 credits toward their high school graduation requirements. The class covers basic conversational skills and aspects of Korean culture, such as K-dramas and K-pop.

"Paradise Ranch"
Episodes 9 and 10

Tonight, 6:45 p.m.: Daji is shocked by the appearance of Yun-ho’s ex-wife. Mil-hea comes to see Daji at the beach trail. Daji proposes a horse race/festival for the locals. Daji goes to Udo to get away from her troubles and help out an old neighbor. Dong-ju ends up following Daji to the island.

Tonight, 7:45 p.m.: Yun-ho gives Daji his favorite watch to thank her for her present. Yun-ho also suggests they take a trip together to Hokkaido to tour a ranch and find treatment for Forest. Dong-ju gets Daji a part-time job at the resort to prepare for the race, but he gets furious when he finds out about the Hokkaido trip.

"Smile, Mom"
Episodes 28 and 29

Tomorrow, 7:45 p.m.: Yoo-ra’s quickly regaining her memory. Bomi finds out that she’s not pregnant. In fact, she’ll have a hard time conceiving due to an untreated infection. Dallae becomes busier than ever and her soap is a hit. Koo Hyun-sae buys Dallae’s family a new home and offers her the main role in a movie. Dallae has mixed feelings about watching Yeon-woo come back from an outing with Shin-yong and Yoo-ra.

Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Yoo-ra remembers everything and tells her family that Bomi was the one chasing her on the day she disappeared. But Bomi claims that Shin-yong made Yoo-ra lie. Shin-yong ends up in the hospital after her altercation with Mo-roo. Koo Hyun-sae proposes to Dallae but she turns him down. He calls Dallae’s mother and gives her an ultimatum.

"Athena"
Episodes 19 and 20 (last episode)

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Jung Woo continues to chase after Athena. Ki Soo asks Jung Woo to let him help with Athena’s case so he can get his revenge on Sohn Hyuk for Sung Chul’s death. Sohn Hyuk, knowing the danger, goes to meet Hye In at the hotel NTS agents are guarding.

Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Jae Hee tries to stop Athena before NTS agents arrive on site but gets shot. She tells Jung Woo where the missile is as she takes her last breath. Jung Woo stops the missile from launching but fails to catch Sohn Hyuk. Sohn Hyuk prepares for his last mission, and Jung Woo prepares for his battle with Sohn Hyuk.

"New Tales of Gisaeng"
Episodes 11 and 12

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Sa-ran tells Damo to enlist his mom to help him go up against his tyrannical father, but his mother’s not willing to help. Soon-deok is dejected by the fact that Ra-ra wasn’t her daughter. Eo-san’s parents fake dementia to look for their old housekeeper who took their granddaughter.

Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Eo-san only gets prank calls in response to an ad in the paper looking for their old housekeeper. Ra-ra runs into Soo-ra at the hospital and lets it slip that Damo might be gay. Damo asks Sa-ran to go to Hong Kong with him, but he ends up taking his grandmother instead.
