Elderly Honolulu man dies from injuries at work
A 73-year-old Honolulu man died after he was injured at work just before 9 a.m. Thusday, police said.
Paramedics responded to a downtown industrial area and took the man to a hospital in critical condition, an Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.
At the hospital, the man’s condition worsened and he died, police said. Details of his injuries were not immediately available.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Alberto Somera. The cause of his death has not been determined.
