Hilo man turns self in at police station for kidnapping investigation
A 25-year-old Hilo man, sought by police on various offenses, turned himself in at the Hilo police station Tuesday.
Police arrested Edward Daog, who is suspected of kidnapping, terroristic threatening, abuse and assault.
He was also wanted for an unrelated bench warrant.
