Phil and Dorothy Morris of Kuliouou got an unexpected Hawaii greeting in Panama last year: a brightly colored sign outside the Gran-Kahuna Hostel waving a familiar shaka. They spotted the sign in the city of Bocas del Toro, on the northeast Caribbean coast of Panama.
