» Tax forms are not available in Hawaii post offices, although some post offices on the mainland still stock them. A story on Page B2 Wednesday and "Kokua Line" on Page B2 Jan. 13 said that post offices had the forms. Tax forms are available at irs.gov or IRS Tax Assistance Centers, such as the one at the Federal Building in Honolulu, 300 Ala Moana Blvd. Some Hawaii public libraries will also carry them with shipments expected by mid-February.
» The tide chart on Page A14 yesterday had incorrect information. The correct tide chart for today, tomorrow and Sunday is on Page A16 today.
» The last name of witness Michael Targgart was misspelled on Page B3 yesterday in an article about the trial of a Makaha woman.
