On a globe-circling trip, Honolulu residents John Ikeda, above, and Michael Phelps discovered this Kauai sandwich shop nearly halfway around the world from Hawaii, in the Rosebank district of Johannesburg, South Africa. A sign said the menu is "inspired by the abundance of tropical fruit and the clean, healthy lifestyle on the Hawaiian island of Kauai."
