Police arrested a 28-year-old man who allegedly harassed a man and woman at a Kailua gas station yesterday afternoon.

Police said the 28-year-old suspect approached a 22-year-old man and began yelling at him. An argument ensued and the suspect allegedly grabbed a squeegee and broke the driver’s side window of the victim’s vehicle. The man then allegedly grabbed the arm of an 18-year-old woman who was trying to get into the car from the passenger side.

Police located and arrested the suspect at about 1:20 p.m.
