» The state Board of Education has approved raising monthly fees for the A+ after-school program to $80 a child from $55, to $75 for a second child in the same family and to $70 for a third or subsequent child. A Page A8 Saturday editorial listed the increases as $85, $80 and $75, respectively. The online edition has been corrected.
» Tiare Kanahele and her son, Ezekiel, 2, are related to World War I veteran Cpl. Alexander Kahuli. A photo caption on Page B1 Sunday said they are related to WWI veteran Pvt. John Palakiko. The online edition has been corrected.
» Maile Schroeder-Hill, 3, who drowned Sunday in a Hawaii Kai swimming pool, had been pulled from the water and was undergoing CPR when paramedics arrived. A Page B2 article Monday reported she was found face down and floating in the pool. The online edition has been corrected.
