Kua in contention on Kauai
Hawaii junior T.J. Kua shot a 71 yesterday to sit in second place in the Kauai Collegiate Invitational at Puakea Golf Course.
Kua trails San Diego’s Gunner Wiebe by five shots.
Hawaii entered two teams into the event, one of them is in sixth place and the other in eighth. San Diego leads the team standings with a 7-under par 281. The event has its second round today and concludes tomorrow.
