Towing company owner, employee arrested in auto theft cases
Police arrested the owner and an employee of a Kapolei towing company where stolen cars were allegedly found.
A 44-year-old Waialua man and 40-year-old Waialua man were taken into custody at about 11 a.m. yesterday on Olai Street on three charges of theft.
