Hawaii’s first loss of the season resulted in a drop of two spots in today’s AVCA Coaches Top 25.

The Rainbow Wahine (5-1) fell from No. 4 to No. 6 following their five-set loss to USC. The Women of Troy (6-0) moved from No. 10 to No. 8.

Penn State (6-0) remained No. 1 while Stanford (5-0) moved up a spot to No. 2. Illinois (5-0), which upset host Texas last week, jumped from fifth to third and Florida (5-0) moved from sixth to fourth.

Texas (5-1) dropped to sixth. Rounding out the top 10 are Nebraska (5-1) at No. 8 and Washington (5-0) at No. 10.
