Come to a puppy party from 1 to 5 p.m. tomorrow at Pet’s Discount in Kaneohe, where dog breeders will assemble to sell their puppies. Breeders are required to show proof the pups are in good health and have been checked by a veterinarian. Pet’s Discount will offer new puppy owners free food, vet exams and discounts.
