Kua, Fink to play for Manoa Cup golf title
Defending champion TJ Kua and David Fink advanced to the finals of the 102nd Manoa Cup today.
Kua defeated Hunter Larson, 3 and 2, and Fink beat Bou An Fujieki, 5 and 4, in today’s semifinals played at Oahu Country Club.
In the quarterfinals played earlier today, Kua, a University of Hawaii junior,beat Colton Knedler, 3 and 2, and Fink, an Oregon State sophomore, defeated Jonathan Ota, 5 and 4.
Larson beat Sean Maekawa, 1 up, and Fujieki ousted Michael Fan on the 19th hole.
