Man arrested after allegedly assaulting officer with pepper spray
A 18-year-old Kalihi man is in custody after he allegedly assaulted a police officer with pepper spray Sunday.
Besides being arrested for allegedly assaulting a female police officer, the suspect also faces charges of fourth-degree theft.
