Man, 25, in serious condition after assault at Kalihi park
A 25-year-old man was taken to a trauma hospital in serious condition following an assault Saturday evening in Kalihi.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said paramedics responded at about 7:54 p.m. to the vicinity of Kalakaua District Park for an incident involving an assault.
Paramedics used advanced trauma skills to stabilize the man who they said appeared to have sustained a bleeding head wound from an attack.
