Ma‘o Organic Farms receives grant for affordable housing
Ma'o Organic Farms received a $100,000 grant from Nareit Hawaii to fund renovations for affordable housing on Thursday. The money will be used to renovate an existing home at the farm with a new studio to house young Waianae farmers seeking a future in agriculture. It will also be used for improvements to another existing home currently used by one of the farmers.
