Police arrest suspect in Waikiki robbery
Police are seeking immediate charges after arresting a 26-year-old man at 6 p.m. today for an Aug. 19 Waikiki robbery.
Police said the man was brandishing a handgun and demanded property from a 30-year-old man at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 19.
The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle with the older man’s property.
The suspect was positively identified, located and arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery, police said.
