Founder of White Sands Capital spent a decade flipping homes in Hawaii

Indar Lange, founder of White Sands Capital, has spent about a decade flipping homes in Hawaii. He said of130 flips, there were only 3 that lost money or broke even. He now flips about 20 homes a year. Some homes are luxury, but the majority are at or below the $1 million median value. He said 75% to 80% are purchased locally.
