Power restored in downtown Honolulu after 3 disruptive days

Hawaiian Electric Co. employees discussed the extended power outage that affected over 3,000 customers in portions of downtown Honolulu and Chinatown. They explained how to file an interruption of electric service claim for damage or losses in relation to Monday's outage.
