Pacific leaders sign declaration to reinforce ties

                                Carmen Hulu Lindsey, chair of the Board of Trustees for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, spoke Tuesday during a news conference at Iolani Palace. Traditional Pacific leaders from Aotearoa, the Cook Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Hawaii made a formal declaration coinciding with King Kamehameha Day.
