U.S. Indo-Pacific Command held a change of command ceremony onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on Friday with Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III presiding as Adm. Samuel J. Paparo assumed command from Adm. John C. Aquilino.
