The Toys for Tots campaign got a boost from the Street Bikers United annual motorcycle parade, which began at Magic Island and ended at Paki Park. When Cmdr. William T. Shelton goes for a drive in his immaculate 1929 Pierce-Arrow open roadster, he towers over other vehicles on 19-inch spoke wheels. “It kind of gives you a different outlook on the world,” said the 43-year-old naval officer attached to the VR21 Squadron at Barbers Point.
