Lahaina residents for Zone 1C, a strip of properties on Kaniau Road situated between the Wahikuli and Hawaiian Homelands neighborhoods, were given vehicle passes, personal protective equipment and 15 minutes of training at the Lahaina Civic Center so that they could access their homes beginning on Monday.
