Honolulu City Council legislation targets illegal game rooms

In response to the proliferation of illegal game rooms and serious related crimes across Oahu, Council members Andria Tupola and Tyler Dos-Santos Tam held a press conference to preview a new package of bills aimed at more stringent preventive measures along with greater enforcement and prosecutorial authority.
